Our founder, Mensah Alkebu-Lan, didn't start in a boardroom. While in college, he worked in his mother's brick-and-mortar shop — learning firsthand what it means to run a small business on grit and faith. When he and his younger brother graduated, one of the first things they did was help move that shop online, carrying their mother forward after the loss of their father.
That experience never left him. It's why Universal Equations exists — not just to build software, but to give every organization the kind of digital infrastructure that was once reserved for the Fortune 500.
