For a global telecommunications leader, we spearheaded the development of a comprehensive Digital Subscription Hub designed to streamline content management and user discovery.

Project Overview

  • Requirements Gathering: Our team identified core functionalities including subscription management, advanced content search, and discovery features. We defined specific user personas to ensure the platform met diverse consumer needs.
