Our Founder

I grew up in a suburb outside of Richmond, VA with great parents and five wonderful brothers.

After receiving a solid education at Virginia State, I spent some time in a Howard Doctoral program before being swept up by the movement Java 5 created.

Since then, I've been fortunate to see digital transformation in organizations big, small, young, and old.

Today, I and those who have taken this journey with me are continuing the conversation of what it takes to bring organizations closer to their aspirations.

I am grateful for my 15+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining JVM-based applications, ensuring seamless delivery of various IT projects, and successfully creating and executing software applications. I possess strong expertise in leveraging Agile/Scrum methodologies, producing detailed technical documentation, and designing optimal software solutions.
